HydraFacial: TikTok

HydraFacial is the UK’s market leader for in-clinic, professional facials, available at over 1,900 providers across the UK. While they have a strong presence on other social channels and across traditional PR, they were looking to expand their presence among TikTok’s beauty community.

I devised and ran an always-on influencer campaign that saw TikTok creators try the HydraFacial for themselves, and create content explaining its stand-out features and benefits. Largely, the beauty community on TikTok are already brand aware, so content sought to educate further on product application and pay-off, with a view to driving to sale. I took on all roles including writing strategy, mapping talent, writing briefs, delivering content and reporting on success.
