To make the Velvetiser relevant all year round, I devised a strategy to show how the product can create great cocktails. First, we worked with leading mixologists to create signature recipes using The Velvetiser, inspired by trending drinks like a Pornstar or Espresso Martini. Then a broad spectrum of lifestyle influencers took these to the ‘gram, showing everyone how versatile and simple The Velvetiser makes cocktail-making and summer entertaining.
I wrote the strategy, and managed the ongoing influencer campaign including talent profiling, briefing, delivery and reporting, in partnership with digital agency upUgo. This brought together two of my key skills, and marked the first of many great projects with Hotel Chocolat.
